Wow. That was fast. In my normal course of seeking apartments on the cheap, I found one dead-set in the center of the area we want to live on the cheap. We talked to the guy at 8 PM, he called me at 9 the next morning, I dropped down the deposit at ten, and BAM.

We’re moving to a house, and it’s bigger, cheaper, and… A HOUSE! In the part of Portland I like the most! I ACTUALLY WANT TO LIVE HERE, not use it as a stop-gap to cope!
